I have had the pleasure of catching yellow fin tuna at night and, they will take a chunk bait or a trolling bait with out the lights on.The trick is to have the deck well lit before you bring it on board. They have a habit of making the deck a little unsafe and, I like to be able to see whats going on so that I can git out of the way of a tail that could break a leg.

Ah, so now we find out the lights you need for tuna... Deck lights! YFT can be as bad as Dolph8in on hte deck, and YFT are bigger! I tend to stand out of the way and let them that can see take care of boxing!
