Anyone ever hooked an American Eel? I did one time and let me tell you it was one heck of a fight. When I got it to shore I thought I had landed a big snake. The thing was goin blisstic.

cauhgt many of em, they tear up your rigs. and they make pretty good crab bait, or rock bait if its legal in the area

Around these parts they're Striper candy, and Cobia guys will use them for bait as well.

Cobia love them,The biggest problem with them is putting them on a hook with out getting slimmed.
