FYI for anyone planning a trip to the Guadelupe river this year. Be sure to check the Guadelupe River Trout Unlimited Chapter for river conditions before your trip. The Corps of Engineers have to do some work on the dam, and aparantly it will stop the flow and probably dirty up the water. I understand this will take place several different times thru this season. Good Luck tight lines

just got some more info. work on the damn dam will be feb 14-23 mar 11-23 apr 18-27th flows have been steady lately at about130cfs.
locals said lots of bass of decient size being taken on the colorado below austin. they are doing well on crawfish and white clouser patterns.
